How to log in to the Help Center
From the URL
1. Go to help-wfm.playvox.com.
2. Click Sign In at the top right.
3. Enter your WFM product URL and click Proceed.
Important: Make sure you are using the full URL of your site starting with https://. You'll also need to delete the last slash before clicking Proceed. Example: If you copy paste https://example.com/ you should enter it as https://example.com |
4. From here, you'll either be brought to a SAML/SSO page or an email/password page, depending on how your organization is set up.
Remember: These credentials are the same you use to log in to your WFM Product. Zendesk credentials that you may have had for the previous help center will not be recognized. |

5. You are led to the homepage of our new WFM Help Center!
From inside the WFM product
1. Click the Help button at the top right of your screen.
2. Follow steps 2-5 from the section above.
